JPA Construction recently did work at my home in Centerville and I had a great experience with them. They were reliable, showed up when they said they would, and communicated well throughout the project. The quality of the work was excellent and it’s clear they take a lot of pride in what they do. What I appreciated most was how professional and organized the team was. The job site was always kept clean and they were respectful of the property, which makes a big difference when you have work being done at your home. Good contractors on the Cape can be hard to find, and JPA definitely stands out. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Julio and his crew did a great job siding my house, replacing windows, installing gutters, replacing exterior trim and building stone stairs and replacing a bulkhead. His prices were more than reasonable and I could trust him even though I wasn’t at the property all the time. He also stands by his work and will fix what wasn’t done correctly.

I recently hired JPA Construction for a full roof and skylight replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Julio was professional, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented. He took the time to walk me through the entire process, patiently answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The crew was punctual, efficient, and left the job site spotless each day. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding — the new roof looks fantastic and the skylights have completely transformed the interior of my home, letting in so much natural light. Additionally, Julio replaced my front door, siding, trim, gutters, and reinforced my deck. You can tell Julio takes real pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. If you're looking for a contractor who is honest, hardworking, and delivers top-notch results, I highly recommend JPA Construction. Working with Julio was a great experience, and I’d absolutely hire him again for future projects.

Julio showed up on time to look at the job then showed me a pictures of what areas of roof needed repairs and gave me a fair price on the spot He returned to do the job at the scheduled time completely cleaned up the job site when finished and texted me photos of the work done I'm very pleased with results will hire again. Since I first left this review I’ve hired them for three more projects steps windows and siding and each time they have impressed me with the high quality of the work they do and how they leave the job spotless all done at a very fair price. We hired Julio and his team to replace five existing windows with new, larger ones and to cut out & add a new window. They did an exceptional job from frame to finish at a very fair price. They were very focused on sealing off their work area & cleaning up every night after completing the work for the day. They were friendly, prompt , & professional. We mentioned several handyman type tasks/repairs which they were glad to take care of. We highly recommend J.P.A. Construction and plan to use his services in the future.

I had an amazing experience working with this company on several projects around my home. They did a fantastic job with roof repair and roof replacement, ensuring our residential roofing was in top shape. We also needed siding replacement, and their team expertly installed fiber cement siding and vinyl siding, which completely transformed the exterior of our house. They even handled trim carpentry, installing beautiful crown molding and baseboards that added a touch of elegance to our interior. On top of that, they built a stunning custom deck design using composite decking, which has become our favorite outdoor space. If you need roof installation, siding installation, or any type of deck building or trim work, this is the team to trust!

Best contractors ever. Julio and his team worked quickly and efficiently to get our projects completed on time and on budget. They completely shingled our house, added a new roof, gutted and redesigned our second floor and recently renovated our guest bathroom. I honestly couldn’t be more pleased. Plus everyone is polite and respectful. I’m excited to bring them outside to add a new swimming pool surround this summer! See pictures below.
